There is a USB port on the bottom of the control that allows for dealer information to be included on the display. This information can be accessed through the menus and will be displayed when an equipment fault is present.

Does the ComfortNet™ control offer anticipated
temperature recovery option? |
Yes. The ComfortNet’s Energy Management Recovery achieves this function. When selected, the thermostat will begin heating or cooling early to have the building temperature reach the program set-point at the program period start time.

Does the modulating furnace operate differently
with the CTK03 as compared to the CTK01? |
Yes, a special algorithm is built into the CTK03 providing demand-based operation of the modulating products.

What is the warranty on the CTK03? Is it eligible for the Amana
Asure and Goodman GoodCare extended warranty programs?

The CTK03 communicating control will be covered by a 10-year warranty to the original registered owner (see warranty documentation for details) and is eligible for both the Asure and GoodCare programs.

EWC UT-3000 communicating zone panel?

Yes, the CTK01, CTK02 and CTK03 will work with the EWC panel.

Yes, both the CTK03 and CTK02 offer a unique modulation algorithm.

What items will be included with the thermostat
and will the transformer be a separate item? |
The CTK03 will include the 4-pin connectors, installation and homeowner instructions, a transformer, and transformer wiring connections. Installation of the transformer with the outdoor unit is required for the extra power required for the RedLINK wireless radio.

Are wireless RedLINK ducting and outdoor
sensors included with the CTK03? |
All RedLINK peripherals (indoor and outdoor sensors, remote comfort control, internet gateway, TrueSTEAM humidifiers) are available off-the-shelf at your favorite distributor carrying Honeywell products.

Will the CTK03 e-mail the homeowner when
the temperature drops below set-point in heating? |
With the RedLINK Internet gateway, the control cannot only send high- and low-temperature alarms but can also send a major alarm output generated by the communicating equipment.
